The Choices Preferred Shopper Card allows our customers to receive discounts on specially labelled products and accumulate points when they shop. Point totals over 2000 can be redeemed for $20 off your next purchase, or donated to a local food bank. Please check with your nearest Choices Markets location for food bank details.

Points are acquired with all purchases over $15 (before taxes) at the following rate:

$15 to $39.99 – 1 point per dollar

$40 to $59.99 – 2 points per dollar

$60 and over – 3 points per dollar

For example, a purchase totalling $42.30 (before taxes) = 84 points.

Using your Choices Card will also entitle you to instant savings on specially marked items. All you have to do is show your card at the cash register, or give your phone number, and the discounts will automatically be applied!

To sign-up for your card, simply fill out the form below or ask a cashier at any of our Choices Markets locations. This registration also subscribes you to our monthly newsletter, delivered right to your front door, or inbox.*

By submitting your Preferred Shopper Card application, you are in agreement with the following terms and conditions:

Choices Markets shall not be responsible for any losses resulting from a lost or stolen card.
I will promptly notify Choices Markets if my card is lost or stolen, and will not change or alter my card or authorize its use by any other person.
Choices dollar discounts may only be redeemed in $20 increments.
The applicant agrees to receive Choices’ Monthly Newsletter (where Preferred Shopper updates will be announced from time to time). Note: Choices Market does not sell the mailing list.
Choices Markets reserves the right to alter or cancel the Choices Best Preferred Shopper Program at any time with 60 days notice.
Personal Information Protection - the collection of this information is for the sole use of Choices Markets. It will not be sold or shared with any third party. The information will be used to forward (either via mail or electronic mail) our monthly newsletter and, on occasion, will be used for the purposes of contests and promotions. These contests and promotions may include an automatic entry when the card is swiped during a set period of time, without prior notification to the customer. The information may be used on occasion for the purposes of tracking customer demographics and shopping patterns.
