Choices Markets’ Head Office currently has an opening for a part time Avanti Payroll Administrator to fill a one year maternity leave position.
We are seeking someone who has experience with Avanti software, particularly the Payroll and Time & Attendance modules. We anticipate that two days per week will be devoted to administering the bi-weekly payroll, and that one day per week will be devoted to building and implementing the Time & Attendance system.
Our ideal candidate is organized and methodical, highly detail oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office products. Advanced Excel skills with the ability to create and edit Pivot Tables is essential. We are also seeking someone who has outstanding communication skills and the ability to problem solve independently.
Our office is located in the Tilbury area, so the position is ideally suited to someone who lives in Delta, Surrey or Langley who would like to avoid a lengthy commute. Hours are Monday to Wednesday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and a competitive starting wage is offered.
