Have you ever had a “gut-wrenching” experience, or get the “butterflies” when you’re nervous or excited? How about “feeling sick” over an incident that had nothing to do with the flu? These expressions have come about for a reason!
Join me for an evening discovering the brain’s effect on the entire digestive system, and how digestive imbalance can also affect the brain, our mood, our cravings, and our ability to handle stress. There is a two-way street that affects our physical and mental health – the more we understand it, the better we can care for it!
You bring a pen and notebook; I’ll bring the treats and some recipes for you to try at home.
