Join us for an evening of meditation and education to support your whole being. Stress is the biggest contributor to health concerns, including the rise of mental health issues. This group meditation and talk will cover the ins and outs of food, supplements and lifestyle techniques to improve your resilience to stress and reduce the symptoms of mental illness.
About the presenter:
Janette Mason is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner with a focus on digestion and mental health. She has worked with a wide range of clients as well as organizations like the BC Nurses Union and the Canadian Mental Health Association. The root of her work is education, “By equipping individuals with the knowledge about how their own body works, the choices about how to help their body heal and thrive become much easier.”
Catrina McCrae is a Holistic Personal Trainer and Health Coach, specializing in helping people improve their resilience to stress through breathwork and conscious movement.
