It’s important for the bacteria in our gut to remain in their designated locations- dysbiosis refers to a bacterial imbalance. No matter how beneficial the bacteria- if its in the wrong place it can wreak havoc and more importantly it’s a sign that our fine-tuned internal environment is skewed. We will focus on what causes dysbiosis and how it can be treated.
