She’ll cover the basics of how to put a weekly meal plan together and share some of her favourite recipes and tricks and tips. Leave armed with knowledge and a plan to move forward. What’s on the menu? Low carb chili with all the fixings, avocado & tuna salad on low carb buns, mixed greens with lemon garlic tahini dressing and finish with chocolate coconut energy balls!
