Lisa Aschenbrenner is a Holistic Nutritionist and the founder of Real Food for Thought. She is also a wife and mom of 2 and has personally made food and nutrient changes which have been transformative for her family.
She has extensive training in Autism Spectrum Disorders and bioindividual nutrition and loves helping kids and families meet their potential through food.
