Vesanto Melina is ln internationally known speaker and co-author of books that are classics on plant-based nutrition and foods, most with Brenda Davis, and now in 14 languages. Their most recent are The Kick Diabetes Cookbook and the multiple award-winning Becoming Vegan: Comprehensive Edition, plus the Express Edition. Vesanto is lead author of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ current Position Paper on Vegetarian Diets, a government and personal consultant, and has taught nutrition at UBC and at Seattle’s Bastyr University.
