The average person is sitting 13 hours a day. Why is this a problem? Our health relies on us to be standing, walking and moving. It is undeniable that we are in a sedentary age, and there is a whole host of problems as a result. Kids running patterns are changing significantly after as little as one year of sedentary lifestyle and rates of ADHD are on the rise. Adults are burdened with anxiety, depression, weight gain, and body pains. All of these may in part be due to a sedentary lifestyle. Through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine, learn what you can do about it.
