This experiential seminar will educate you about your breathing mechanics, anatomy, physiology and you will tangibly learn how to cultivate more Prana ‘universal energy’. There will be a practical applicable portion to this seminar where you will have tangible tools to take home with you. Come experience an increase in energy, deep peace and a greater lung capacity.

Shae carries a Bachelors of Kinesiology and is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, E-RYT-200.  Shae guides you on an explorative journey into the subconscious through movement and breath, healing the perpetuating habits that leave you unfulfilled in your life. Through this you gain tangible tools to access the personal medicine deep within you.
