The enteric nervous system residing in our gastrointestinal (GI) tract is often referred to as our body’s second brain. The connection between our gut and our brain is through hormones, neurons, and chemical neurotransmitters. So it is a “no-brainer” that what is happening in our GI tract and how we feel can be related and affect each other.

Keeping our GI tract healthy with good bacteria and proper enzyme levels, along with supporting optimal levels of brain chemicals and inflammatory processes can have a direct impact on the conditions of our GI tract and our mental and cognitive state.

Join Dr. Jennifer Dyck for an evening lecture where she will discuss ways to keep both of these important areas of the body healthy and happy.

All attendees will also receive a free gift!
