To help assist our customers who are seniors, first responders, in self isolation, immunocompromised or unable to physically visit one of our locations, we are now offering an online ordering system. To get started, please fill out the form below with as much detail as possible. Please note there is a $15 fee for using this service.
Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation when our team has received your order. You will be contacted by your selected Choices store before your desired pick up time to confirm availability of items, make substitutions, process payment via credit card and arrange pick up details. For first time orders, the customer placing the order must present their credit card and valid ID at the store prior to receiving their items.
