Choices Markets Commercial Drive currently has an opening for an engaging person to join our team working as a Point of Sales Clerk. No experience is necessary and on the job training will be provided. This is a part time position and candidates will ideally be available for a variety of shifts.
Responsibilities for this role include:
- picking orders throughout the store;
- packaging items;
- stocking shelves and rotating products on the grocery floor;
- entering price changes and other data into inventory software;
- creating a variety of store signage;
- answering phones and responding to customer inquiries;
- ensuring items on sale are well represented on shelves and in displays;
- responding promptly and courteously to customer inquiries; and
- cleaning retail areas and workspaces as required.
