In celebration of our 25th anniversary, we’re giving away spectacular prizes all year with a grand prize of $25,000 to be awarded in December, 2015. It’s our way of saying thank you to each and every one of you for your support throughout the years.
To enter, simply fill out a draw form when you stop by your local Choices. Each week, we’ll draw 7 names (one from each store location) and award the lucky winners 10,000 Choices points. That’s $100 in free groceries! We’ll continue these weekly draws until the middle of November, when all those lucky points winners will be invited to their winning store and 4 people (from each location) will win a $250 Choices Gift Card and a ballot for the grand prize draw: $25,000 cash, tax free. You will have a 1 in 45 chance of winning the $25,000 grand prize in December. Pretty great odds!
We’ll have a second draw box set up for a chance to win a premium prize each month valued at approximately $1000. November we’re giving away a Whistler/Blackcomb 2015/16 season pass and a pair of Moment Skis courtesy of Nature’s Bakery.
The fine print: Leading up to November 14, 2015 there will be 45 Choices Points Winners drawn in total. The prize for 10,000 Choices Points will be drawn weekly at each Choices location between January 2015 and November 2015. Some of these winners will be selected to win a $250 Choices Gift Card AND an entry ballot for our Grand Prize Draw of $25,000. All those selected to be part of the $25,000 Grand Prize Draw taking place on December 5, 2015 must be at the event in order to win. In order to enter, you must be at least 18 years of age or older. There is no purchase necessary to be eligible for the weekly 10,000 Choices Points Draw. Only one entry per person per visit—and there are no repeat winners for the weekly 10,000 Choices Points draw. The prize must be accepted as awarded, no substitutions will be made, cash or otherwise. No cash value if prize is not claimed or used fully. All entries must have a Skill Testing Question answered correctly to be valid. Entries can be dropped o ff at any Choices location. One winner per household. Winners consent to the release of their names and photos (where applicable) by Choices Markets for publicity purposes. Choices Markets employees and their families are not eligible to win.
