This year’s topic of discussion is Green Sustainable Living, reducing our ‘FOODPRINT’ by supporting local products and businesses.
VEG EXPO will be a day for the entire family to enjoy with an interactive kid zone, cooking demonstrations with local celebrated chefs, information on locally sourced foods and products, green home zone, take a break in our ‘vegetation lounge’, get inspired by a natural vegan fitness showcase, plus enjoy free samples and giveaways and much more.
As always, be sure to stop by our fabulous Choices Markets booth. We will be giving out free samples like our roasted scallion tofu, our famous and unique hemp hummus and some mind blowing quinoa black bean salad. If you aren’t satisfied with a delicious free sample, we’ll have full size treats available for sale. Looking for knowledge? The Nutrition Team will be performing free on on-site one-on-one nutrition consults. We’ll also have some great prizes and giveaways like our ‘Count the Legumes’ contest, where if you’ve got a good eye you could win a $250 shopping spree at our stores. Last but certainly not least, Choices Chef Antonio Cerullo and our Nutrition Manager, Shannon Smith, RD, will have a live presentation in front of the entire VEG EXPO!
