To enter, simply fill out an entry form at your local Choices Markets and leave it in the ballot box. Contest valid from May 1 to 31, 2016.
The prize will be drawn by Choices Markets. One entry per person per visit. No purchase necessary. All entries must have the Skill Testing Question answered correctly to be valid.
