Coconut Whipped Cream


Place can of coconut milk in the refrigerator overnight to chill

Open can upside down, pour off liquid and reserve for use in smoothies, soups or sauces

Using a chilled bowl and beaters, place the remaining cream in a bowl and beat on high speed for 3-5 minutes. Whip the coconut cream until it becomes light and fluffy with soft peaks.

Mix in maple syrup and vanilla extract
