Directions
Mix salmon, onions, celery, grated carrot, lemon juice, yogurt and oil. Season to taste. Spread 1/3 of the hummus on the wrap, 1/3 of sprouts and 1/3 of salmon mix. Spread evenly, leaving the edge of the wrap free from the spread. Fold in two sides of the chapati then roll and cut in half.
